SQUIRREL PRODUCTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

10% OFF FOR 2010 OFFER - Valid until 31st December 2010.

1: Upon booking your event, a non-refundable booking fee is required.

2: An invoice for full payment will be sent 44 days before your event. Your invoice should be paid within 30 days. The deadline being 14 days before the event. Filming will not take place until your full payment has been received.

3. The prices charged by Squirrel Productions includes labour to film and edit the event and for various associated costs such as fuel, tapes, DVDs and other materials.

4: You should seek permission in order for me to film your event from the owner of the premises. This is important when filming in churches and registry offices. A license may be required for filming. Squirrel Productions is not responsible for any license costs.

6: Churches, hotels and other venues may require filming equipment to be placed in certain areas. I have no control over this and must comply. I will endeavour to capture the footage to the best of my ability even if the camera is not positioned at the best angle.

7: If for any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the filming of your event, a refund shall be offered and I will endeavour to edit the captured footage as best I can. Possible reasons include equipment failure, transportation problems, electrical interference and poor lighting.

8: Squirrel Productions has the right to work in a safe environment. Should I be subject to verbal or physical abuse/assault, I will leave the event immediately and the booking will be terminated from that point. A refund shall not be offered.

9: The Mini DV tapes used in the cameras are 60 minutes in length. I will endeavour to ensure that tapes do not need changing at crucial points but if this is not possible, I will not be liable for the omission of key moments. (Tape changes take approximately 15 seconds).

10: Squirrel Productions will endeavour to release the final DVD within 4 weeks from the event date.

11: You are responsible for use of the DVD upon receipt. All DVDs are checked upon leaving Squirrel Productions and once delivered, I cannot be held responsible for damaged/scratched discs. All DVDs are supplied in DVD+R format. If your player will not support this format, other formats can be supplied at an additional cost.

12. All footage and finished DVD material is copyright of Squirrel Productions. Copying, editing or public broadcasting of DVDs without permission of Squirrel Productions is illegal under UK copyright law.

13. For cancellations the following charges shall apply:
£50.00 Non-refundable booking fee on booking
20% of chosen package price if event is cancelled after invoice for full payment has been sent
50% of chosen package price if event is cancelled within two weeks of event date
